Get to Know Our Client: Jusztina Paksai

Every quarter we celebrate the realtors, developers, and home renovators who are so often our home staging clients. They understand the value of home staging. In honor of Get to Know Your Customers Day (we prefer Get to Know Our Client Day), we asked Jusztina Paksai, realtor with Elyse Harney Real Estate and partner with husband Andy in EJ Home, a few questions. We’ve enjoyed staging a couple homes in northwestern Connecticut for Jusztina. Read on…

Originally from Hungary, Jusztina Paksai moved to the United States to fully immerse herself into real estate. Jusztina has a graduate degree in Social Work and additional qualifications in the real estate field, such as construction and property management. After living for many years in New York City, and practicing real estate and property management there for nine years, Jusztina, her husband Andy, and son Eric, moved to Lakeville, CT.

Through their property development and renovation company, EJ Home, Jusztina and Andy transform homes. There’s one staged by Staged Ryte on the market right now in Falls Village, Connecticut.

How Was Your 2023?

2023 was a great year. Very, very good! Record sales and closings.

What are You projecting for 2024?

The first half of 2024 will be very strong for me; the second half of the year is an unknown.

Jusztina’s knowledge along with her long-term experience in the service industry in Manhattan, has given her the valuable skills that she needs and uses every day in real estate and home renovation. Partners describe her as detail-oriented! We know that’s true—part of the reason we like working with her.

Why do you choose to work with staged ryte?

I love what you do! Your work is quality and high-end. You always bring great taste and great service.

Jusztina enjoys spending time in her garden, training for triathlons, and visiting her beloved Continent, Europe. Follow Jusztina on Instagram @jusztinapaksai.realestate and @ejhome_lakeville
